Polish Organic Heirloom Seed Garlic

Our Polish Garlic is organically grown for planting or cooking. 7 Bulbs is roughly equal to 1 pound. These are very large bulbs, perfect for growing new garlic. This heirloom variety has a spicy flavor.

These bulbs have nice-sized cloves, are harvested by hand, and are dried in a climate-controlled environment. Some peeling on the outer paper is normal. They have been cured properly so you may use them to cook or keep them in a cool dry place until time to plant. Save the biggest cloves for planting, and you will be rewarded with huge garlic cloves next spring. Averages 12-17 cloves per bulb. It is robust and winter-hardy.
